The Vincent is a gem of a local café restaurant in Hackney serving delicious brunch at the weekends and breakfast, lunch and dinner during the week.
It is run by the founders of the Sebright Arms behind Hackney Road so they know something about the best craft beers and ciders to serve to their customers. The interior of the restaurant is airy, bright and welcoming and they have a large space outside for al fresco dining in the sun!
The staff are warm and welcoming the atmosphere is relaxed. I absolutely loved the brunch menu and the slight quirks on the classics. We had the waffle with buttermilk fried chicken, bacon and maple syrup which was absolutely DELICIOUS with the perfect amount of maple syrup and the Breakfast – 2 poached eggs, avocado, roast tomato and mushrooms, chipolte baked beans, veggie hash, padron pepper and toast which was a great mix!! You can also add bacon or sausage and we cheekily requested a side of halloumi! Great food and reasonable prices.
Given the sun was shining we decided to opt to make the brunch bottomless – choose from prosecco or Hugos for £17 extra. Who doesn’t love a boozy brunch?!
