Gabeto

Gabeto is the new revamped ‘Cuban’ bar in Stables Market in Camden. With Latino influences, decorations and music, it is a fun bar/restaurant to visit, particularly if you like salsa! With a terrace area outside (fingers crossed the sun comes out again!) and a great range of cocktails, it is a good place to go to for a fun night with friends and is open until 2am every night!

Absolutely recommend the ‘The Tiny Toes’ cocktail (Martel VS infused with vanilla, lemon, prucia plum liqueur and pear nectar which was absolutely delicious! Sadly their blender had broken when I visited but they also offer frozen daiquiris – one of my favourites.

Upstairs they have a table and booth seating if you fancy a bite to eat. We ordered a number of the appetisers including Chorizo Scotch Egg, smashed avocado, Hash Balls, iberico ham, Cornish Crab and Avocado and Mexican Chicken, Beef Short Rib and Spciy Bean and Tomato Tacos.

Lastly, we had a Guac on the Block, where they make the guacamole fresh at the table!!

We particularly rated the cocktails and the tacos and the menu is well designed for little nibbles to soak up the alcohol!
